Perigiali villas are situated in the quiet village of Perigiali, with a breathtaking view just opposite of the famous Scorpios island of Onassis. The beautiful beach of Passa is only 950 m from the villas. The cosmopolitan village of Nidri is located 1,5 km from the villas with its sandy beach 0.9 km from the villas.
The villas are situated in an unspoiled and quiet nature area covered with wild flowers and herbs, olive trees, orange groves and cypress forests.
The view from Perigiali villas is quite likely to induce a trance from which you may not awaken for the rest of your holiday! The villas overlook the most amazing view of the picturesque bay with the numerous small isles.

Villa Vasia has been finished to an exceptionally high standard with well furnished rooms and fittings, and air-condition throughout.
On the upper floor is a large open plan living area with kitchen and dining area. French windows lead out to the furnished balcony suitable for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a spectacular view over the sea – a perfect spot to enjoy al fresco dining. The kitchen is well equipped and has all modern conveniences.
Also on the upper floor the master bedroom with en-suite toilet bathroom and a twin bedroom with en-suite toilet shower room. Both these bedrooms have ceiling fans and furnished balconies again with magnificent view.
An outside staircase leads to the lower level of the villa where there are two further bedrooms one with twin beds (can be made into a double bed) and en-suite toilet shower room, and the other bedroom with double bed and en-suite toilet shower room. French windows lead out onto the pool terrace with its lovely sea view.
On this level there is also a small second living area with a sofa bed, a well equipped kitchen and dining area the same as on the upper floor. French windows lead out onto the pool terrace, a very spacious patio overlooking the swimming pool with a dining table for 10 persons.
Enjoy dining al fresco in this most romantic of settings outdoor with the scent of the flowers from the well attended garden. The 40 m² swimming pool has sun beds and umbrellas and a shower next to the swimming pool.
On the terrace by the pool there is also a very comfortable sitting area with a sofa, chairs and a table. This is the perfect spot for relaxation, perhaps read a book or enjoy your evening drink or just get carried away by the breathtaking sea view!

Perigiali The quiet village of Perigiali is situated 15 km from Lefkas town and located opposite the famous Scorpios Island of Onassis. Perigiali lies just 700 m down on the coast, with its own beautiful beach of Passa only 950 m from the villas and 1.2 km from the sandy beach of Nidri. The fishing boats at the village quayside are guaranteeing a pleasant meal of fresh fish at one of the waterside tavernas.
The bustling village of Nidri is only 2 km down the coast, well worth a visit. In Nidri, one can enjoy lunch/dinner in a variety of tavernas and restaurants along the sea side. Nidri village has all the amenities for relaxed self-catering holidays. There are several supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, bar/pubs, fish and meat markets, nice shopping center, health center, pharmacies, as well as sea sports. The attractive port of Nidri with the cruising and sailing boats is the setting-off point for some wonderful boat trips, and definitely a place for yacht spotting. Every day excursion boats depart for an unforgettable cruise to the nearby isles Kefalonia and Ithaka, Kalamos, Kastos and to the smaller islands of Scorpios, Sparti, Meganisi, Madouri, Prigiponisia, Skorpidi. From the villa one can also explore the west side of the island, with the unique, spectacular and famous beaches of Porto Katsiki, Egremni, Kathisma, Agios Nikitas and Agios Ioannis. The west coast beaches are outstandingly beautiful, with several rated amongst the ten best in Greece. It is well worth to visit the typical traditional village of Karya, as well as the town of Lefkada with its narrow pedestrian alleys and traditional houses and churches. To the south, the seaside village of Vassiliki has become known as the finest windsurfing center in Greece.

Lefkada nestles away in the center of the main 7 Ionian Islands and is
the only island linked to mainland Greece.
The beautiful island of Lefkada is easily accessible by road from the mainland through a swing bridge and by plane from the airport of Aktio in Preveza.
- From Aktio-Preveza Airport (PVK) - Perigiali 35 km and from Aktio Preveza to Lefkada Town it is 20.5 km (approx. 35 min drive). From Lefkada Town to Perigiali 15km (approx. 20 min drive).
- From Thessaloniki: via Egnatia motorway to Ioannina, then drive direct to Lefkada . In total 403 km (approx. 5 h drive).
- From Athens and Patras: via Rio-Antirio (big bridge) - Amfilochia - Lefkada: From Athens to Lefkada 389 km, from Patra to Lefkada 195 km
- (approx. 3h 30 min drive from Patras and 5h 30 min drive from Athens).
- From Araxos airport on the mainland to Lefkada, route E55 236 km (3h 45 min drive).
- From Igoumenitsa port to Lefkada: 138 km (2 h 30 min drive).
- From Preveza Town to Lefkada 54 km (1h 20min drive).
- From Corfu island: Ferryboat to Igoumenitsa port and then 2h 30 min drive to Lefkada.
- From Ioannina airport to Lefkada: 165 km (2h 50min drive).
- From most of the European cities there are charter flights to AKTIO PREVEZA AIRPORT (PVK) and then a 35 min drive direct to Lefkada about 20.5km. Just when entering Lefkada there is a swing bridge to cross over.
